What does Your Future Living sell?
We specialise in smart home technology for UK homes and businesses. Our range includes three product families: LuxFresh® smart bidet toilets, LuxeVision® smart bathroom mirrors, and DriMe® smart ceiling-mounted clothes airers. All our products are designed to make everyday life smarter, greener, and more convenient.
Where are you based?
We're based in South Gloucestershire (BS15 4TA), near the M4/M5 corridor at Bristol which is a key location for business and logistics. We operate as an online retailer as well as a wholesaler and work directly with manufacturers to bring world-class smart home appliances to the UK market.
Do you have a showroom?
We currently don’t operate a showroom, but customers are welcome to collect orders from our warehouse free of charge. Collection is by appointment only. Please contact us to arrange.
LuxFresh® Smart Bidet Toilets
What is a LuxFresh® smart toilet?
LuxFresh® is a Japanese-style all-in-one smart bidet toilet that replaces your conventional toilet entirely. It combines a toilet, bidet wash, warm air dryer, heated seat, and automatic flush into a single unit. No separate cistern required. The built-in flushing tank works efficiently even with low water flow rates, saving space and simplifying installation.
What features do LuxFresh® smart toilets include?
Features vary by model grade (Elementary, Standard, Deluxe, and Super-Deluxe), but across the range you'll find options including: heated seat with adjustable temperature, rear and feminine bidet wash, warm air drying, automatic flush, night light, deodoriser, UV sterilisation, soap dispenser with bubble shield, automatic lid open/close, and voice-activated control on Super-Deluxe models. Every model includes a remote control and backup battery power for use during outages.
What shapes and styles are available?
LuxFresh® is available in several aesthetic designs: U-Shape, Curvilinear, and V-Shape for floor-standing models, plus a Wall-Hung option. The shape is purely an aesthetic choice. It doesn't affect the features or functionality. Choose whichever style best suits your bathroom's look and feel.
How does voice control work?
Voice control is available on our Super-Deluxe models. It uses pre-defined voice commands (such as "flush toilet", "open lid", and "start wash") that the toilet recognises and responds to. The system currently uses an American English accent setting, though a British English option is available. Because the commands are pre-set, voice control won't interfere with other voice-activated devices like smart speakers in your home.
How does a smart toilet benefit the environment?
The built-in bidet wash and warm air dryer dramatically reduce toilet paper consumption. Consider that global toilet paper production uses approximately 27,000 trees daily, and a single roll requires 1.3 kWh of electricity and 230 litres of water to produce. The average UK family spends around £350 annually on toilet paper. With LuxFresh®, you can put much of that money back in your pocket whilst reducing your environmental footprint.
What electrical and plumbing connections do I need?
LuxFresh® toilets require a standard UK 220–240V electrical socket outside zones (of 0, 1 & 2) and all our toilets are of IPX4 rating and have RCD protection. All LuxFresh® models (whether floor-standing or Wall-hung) are P-traps (without external cistern) and are easy to install.
Can I install a LuxFresh® smart toilet myself?
We strongly recommend hiring a qualified plumber for installation to ensure everything is properly connected and your warranty remains valid. The installation is very straightforward once water, waste, and electricity are in place. Our team can offer guidance and advice on what's involved, though we currently don't provide a professional installation service ourselves.
What consumables and accessories are available?
We stock replacement HEPA air filters, carbon-activated water filters, gel deodorisers (citrus scent - or add your own essential oils to the air filter for a custom fragrance), dissolvable foaming soap tablets, and WC safety rails for elderly and mobility support. We also offer LuxFresh® smart toilet seats as a retrofit bidet option for conventional toilets.
LuxeVision® Smart Bathroom Mirrors
What is a LuxeVision® smart mirror?
LuxeVision® is a smart bathroom mirror with a hidden HD touchscreen display built behind the glass. When idle, it looks and functions like a beautiful, high-quality mirror. When you touch it, the display awakens, turning the mirror into a hub for information, entertainment, smart home control, and health tracking. It runs on Android 11+ with free lifetime software updates.
What can the smart mirror actually do?
Quite a lot. You can stream music and videos via built-in HiFi speakers, check weather and news, manage your calendar, control compatible smart home devices, follow makeup tutorials, and track health metrics when paired with compatible accessories like our Smart Bathroom Scale and Facial Skin Analyser. It connects via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.
What sizes are available?
LuxeVision® bathroom mirrors are available in round designs (600mm and 700mm diameter) and rectangular formats (600×800mm and 700×900mm). The Smart Makeup Mirror is a separate desktop unit with an 8-inch HD touch display, adjustable height, and adjustable LED lighting for beauty use.
Is the mirror safe for bathrooms?
Yes. All LuxeVision® bathroom mirrors are IP44 certified, specifically engineered for bathroom humidity and moisture. The patented electronically coated mirror glass provides superior rust resistance for long-lasting durability.
What about the LED lighting?
LuxeVision® mirrors feature infinitely adjustable LED backlighting with over 6,000 colour and brightness combinations and 6 preset lighting modes. The lighting is 70% more energy-efficient than traditional mirror lights, and you can adjust it as precisely as a smartphone screen to match your mood, task, or bathroom ambience.
What accessories work with the LuxeVision mirror?
The LuxeVision® Smart Bathroom Scale connects to your mirror to display body composition metrics, and the Facial Skin Analyser uses bio-electric impedance technology to measure moisture levels, skin elasticity, and oil-water balance, displaying personalised results on your mirror. Both accessories’ pair via Bluetooth and are designed exclusively for use with LuxeVision® smart mirrors.
Does the mirror need professional installation?
Professional installation is recommended for optimal positioning and electrical connection. The mirror requires a standard UK electrical connection (220V) and wall mounting. Professional installation ensures secure mounting, correct alignment, and proper waterproofing for bathroom environments.
DriMe® Smart Ceiling Clothes Airers
What is a DriMe® smart airer?
DriMe® is a ceiling-mounted electric clothes airer that lowers on a motorised pulley system, lets you hang your laundry, then raises back to the ceiling to dry your clothes using a combination of fans, heaters, and UV sanitisation (model dependent). When not in use, it folds neatly out of sight, reclaiming up to 2 square metres of valuable floor space.
What models are available and what's the difference?
There are four models in the DriMe® range:
- Mini — compact 1000mm length, drying rods extendable up to 1800mm, cool air ventilation only (no heating), 36kg capacity, 2 LED lights. Ideal for smaller spaces or lighter laundry loads.
- Classic — full-size 1250mm length, drying rods extendable up to 2200mm, PTC ceramic heaters, UV sanitising, ioniser air purifier, 38kg capacity, 3 LED lights. The core heated model.
- Pro — everything in the Classic, plus motion sensor lighting, ultrasonic dust mite control, dual heating/ventilation indicator, 6 axial flow fans, and 3-colour adjustable LED lighting.
- Elite — everything in the Pro, plus voice control via Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for fully hands-free operation.
How much energy does it use compared to a tumble dryer?
Significantly less. A typical UK tumble dryer uses 2–5.3 kWh per cycle. DriMe® models use between 0.1 kWh (Mini, fan only) and 0.5–1.4 kWh (heated models) per drying cycle. That's up to 75–90% less energy depending on the model and cycle. Tumble drying is also known to cause pilling, fading, and shrinkage, DriMe® dries gently at safe temperatures (37–45°C), extending garment life.
How much weight can it hold?
The Mini supports up to 36kg and the Classic, Pro, and Elite models support up to 38kg. That's approximately four full washing machine loads. The frame is made from aviation-grade, high-strength aluminium for long-term durability.
How is it installed?
Installation is similar to fitting a ceiling light. DriMe® mounts to the ceiling with the included fixings and requires a standard UK 220–240V electrical connection. It comes with clear, step-by-step instructions. The airer lowers up to 1,250mm from the ceiling (1,100mm for the Mini) and can be stopped at any height within that range.
Is it safe around children and pets?
Yes. All DriMe® models include an automatic obstacle detection safety stop. If the airer encounters any obstruction while lowering, it stops immediately to protect children, pets, and furniture.
How do I control it?
All models come with a remote control and can be operated via the Tuya/Smart Life mobile app for smart home integration. The Elite model additionally supports voice control allowing fully hands-free operation with commands like "turn on the heater" or "come down please."
What does the UV sanitising feature do?
Available on Classic, Pro, and Elite models, the UV sanitising lamps help eliminate bacteria and viruses during the drying process. The UV lamps run for up to 30 minutes per cycle and switch off automatically. Combined with the ioniser air purifier (which releases positive and negative ions to deactivate airborne contaminants), this creates a cleaner, more hygienic drying environment, particularly valuable for households with young children, elderly relatives, or anyone who values textile hygiene.
Delivery & Shipping
How much does delivery cost?
Competitively priced UK mainland delivery, depending on the shipping size and weight. For the LuxFresh® toilets, which weigh over 50 kg, two-man delivery is required. We absorb the high transportation costs and offer a £49.99 delivery charge (including VAT) for single-unit orders. Orders for two or more units qualify for free delivery.
Additional delivery charges apply to remote areas, including the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Grampian, and Scotland Offshore. If you're unsure, please contact us at support@yourfutureliving.com.
How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2–5 business days (Monday to Saturday) after processing your order and payment. Our delivery team will contact you to arrange a convenient time slot, provide a delivery window the day before, and call ahead when they're on the way. Delivery is confirmed with a photograph and digital signature.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
We don't directly handle international shipping, but if you can arrange a courier to collect from a UK address, we can ship your order to the UK depot.
Orders, Returns & Warranty
What warranty do your products carry?
LuxFresh® smart toilets come with a 2-year warranty on all parts and components, plus a 5-year warranty on the ceramic body. LuxeVision® smart mirrors carry a 2-year comprehensive warranty on all electronic components and smart features, with lifetime software updates included. DriMe® ceiling airers carry a 5-year motor warranty and a 2-year standard warranty. Consumable items (filters, deodorisers, soap tablets, batteries) are excluded from warranty coverage across all ranges.
What is your return policy?
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return unused items in their original condition. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly. Please see our full return policy on our website for complete details.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Order modifications or cancellations are possible until the picking process begins at our warehouse. Please contact us by phone as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once your order has entered the picking process, no further changes can be made. Please note that cancellations or rescheduling of confirmed deliveries incurs a £60.00 plus VAT fee.

Do you offer wholesale or trade pricing?
Yes. We work with bathroom showrooms, property developers, hotel chains, interior designers, and commercial clients across the UK. We offer bulk purchasing with discounts, flexible payment terms, and white label solutions where we can produce products under your company branding. Can I sell Your Future Living products under my own brand?
Yes, our white label programme allows you to brand any of our products with your company identity. We handle the entire process from production through to delivery to your warehouse. This is available across all three product ranges. Get in touch with our trade team for details.
